Hello & Namaste - I’m Rachel

I’m New Zealand-born and was raised between South East Queensland, Australia, and the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. I am also well traveled which brings a blend of landscapes, cultures, and communities which has given me a broad perspective shaped by both travel and life experience.

I’m a Reiki practitioner trained in both Australia and New Zealand. I first connected with Reiki energy in my early 20s, and I now offer reiki sessions to clients online/remote, in person or in the workplace.

I believe connection is key to growth. Whether through shared experience, conversation, or energy healing, being seen and heard creates space for meaningful transformation. I approach every session and interaction with integrity, curiosity, and compassion, guided by a pay-it-forward mentality.

Lily Earth is a reflection of my journey and values—offering space for others to reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity, balance, and purpose.

What I Offer

Through Lily Earth, I offer a range of holistic services designed to support personal well-being and energetic alignment:

  • Reiki Healing
    In-person, distance (online/remote) and workplace sessions —energetically, emotionally, and physically.

  • Crystal Light Bed Sessions
    A supportive, vibrational healing experience using light, vogel crystals, and intention to help clear and realign the energy body. (In-person only)

  • Essential Oils & AromaTouch Technique
    I can share therapeutic-grade essential oils as part of my practice to support emotional, physical, and energetic well-being.

  • Workshops & Events
    I facilitate and co-create wellness workshops and group experiences—both independently and in collaboration with other mindful practitioners.

  • Workplace Wellness Sessions (Corporate)
    Bringing calm, clarity, and connection into workplace environments across South East Queensland and the North Island of New Zealand.

All sessions are grounded in presence, authenticity, and a desire to support lasting well-being. I also love collaborating with individuals and organisations who value mindfulness and heart-centered practice.
